SHIPPING POLICY

We thoroughly inspect all items prior to shipment so suggest that you also do thoroughly inspect the items before accepting delivery. If damage is apparent, refuse delivery or if your parcel is left without a signature and damage is found, do not discard the box or any packaging materials.

Vogue Beauty management cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping companies which are beyond our reasonable control.

 

Delivery is free to  Malta and Gozo for all orders over  €50.00

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (as indicated by the registered signature on the package).

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you have received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Goods which are given free, as part of an offer, are not exchangeable or refundable, unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal conditions.

 

Specially ordered items are not returnable. If these items are found to be damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days.

 

For hygienic reasons certain products cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, the company may agree to their return. A request must be made to Vogue Beauty, within 7 days of receipt of goods.

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

 

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you receive an incorrect or defective item)

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUND POLICY

The legal jurisdiction for all payment disputes is Malta.​

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
